Multi-Flex in One Clamp
Secure and thermalize multiple substrates in a single clamp, simplifying routing while maintaining strong thermal performance.

Planar High-Contact Design
Large surface area and thin laminates improve thermal contact, helping reduce thermal gradients and unwanted thermal noise.
Thermal Clamps
Stage-by-Stage Thermalization to Reduce Thermal Noise
To properly thermalize the flex and suppress thermal noise, dedicated thermal clamps are installed at each cryogenic stage. Thanks to the planar geometry, large contact surface, and thin laminate structure, Cri/oFlex® achieves efficient heat sinking compared to traditional coaxial solutions. This design also supports compact integration, allowing multiple substrates to be secured and thermalized within a single clamp.

Clamps at Every Stage
Thermal clamps are provided across cryogenic stages to steadily sink heat and keep the flex at the intended temperature profile.

Why It Matters
Cleaner Signals Through Better Thermal Contact
Strong thermalization keeps the flex stable across stages and reduces thermally driven noise in sensitive measurements. By combining efficient heat transfer with compact mounting, thermal clamps help maintain reliable performance without adding bulky coaxial complexity.

Vacuum Feedthroughs
Reliable Vacuum Feedthroughs for Clean Signal Routing
Our Cri/oFlex product can be potted in various vacuum feedthroughs. This allows for a hermetically sealed high density rf wiring solution to bridge the pressure difference between ambient pressure and high vacuum systems. Our vacuum feedthroughs allow up to 32 channels in a standard KF40 port with leak rates below 1.2⋅10^(−9) mBar L/s and outgassing rates below 6⋅10^(−8) mBar L/s. Every vacuum feedthrough can be provided with a mounting system to securily mount our SMA and SMP breakouts at ambient pressure.

Vacuum-to-Ambient Interface Made Simple
By combining high-density routing, hermetic sealing, and secure breakout mounting, our vacuum feedthroughs simplify cryostat integration while preserving vacuum integrity and ensuring stable RF connections at room temperature.

Secure Connector Mounting
Stabilizes SMA/SMP connector blocks on vacuum ports and thermal stages to prevent movement and maintain consistent connections.

Easy Install, Broad Fit
Universal-friendly designs simplify installation and help achieve a clean, reliable mechanical interface in many cryostat layouts.
Brackets
Mounting Brackets for Secure, Well-Thermalized Interconnects
To securely mount connector blocks on vacuum ports and thermal stages, we can supply dedicated bracket hardware. Designed for easy installation and broad compatibility, these brackets help keep the interconnect stable, aligned, and well thermalized for reliable performance. While many bracket sets are custom-designed for specific projects, most are easily interchangeable and can be reused across multiple system configurations.

Optimized Component Placement
Attenuators often dissipate the most power, so simulations help place them where sufficient cryostat cooling capacity is available.
